Pillars of Creation Vintage 2025 is a marrying of distillate from Dingle Distillery, Echinlinville Distillery, Boann Distillery & Micil Distillery, patiently finished in a single Palo Cortado Butt. A first ever blend of its kind. 

Nose: An inviting nose allowing you to explore notes of fresh cherries, cola bottles, musty wood shavings in which the elegant Palo Cortado influences the proceedings with honey sweetness! 

Palate: Like a light and elegant boxer, it packs a punch, first with the beautiful pot still spice followed by pepper, caramelised apples, dates, ginger snaps, interwoven by a minerality like essence. A sweet and savoury delight with multiple depts, where each component can be found, provided with ample time to the glass.

Finish: A medium to dry finish, salted chocolate, tea leaves, wood polish settling next to damp camp fire smoke.
