A stunning single cask of Sullivans Cove distilled in 2000. Cask HH0423 was matured for 13 years in an French Oak ex-port cask, the same cask type that won world's best single malt in 2019. This "HH" era cask refers to the period when Highland Holdings owned the business, with the more modern 'TD" branding referring to the Tasmanian Distillery where Sullivans Cove is now made. HH casks are few and far between in this modern era, with older bottlings such as this coveted by both drinkers and collectors alike.
