The 2019 edition of Springbank local barley, a series whereby Springbank sources their barley product from nearby farms in small quantities. This release was distilled in 2009 and aged for 10 years. It is comprised of 77% bourbon casks, 20% sherry casks 3% port casks. It was bottled in 2019 at a cask strength of 56.2% with only 9,000 bottles released. A highly desirable range from Springbank, the local barley collection has seen an explosion in demand and these older editions are few and far between.
